The Together Week Team will be waiting to meet you with your itinerary, wristbands and tickets for the week - the team will guide you through everything. Once settled in, kick back by the pool, explore the local area or hit the bars and the beaches!

    Come night, the festivities begin and it's time to get down to Sankeys. With what first started out in Manchester, and is now one of Ibiza most famous underground clubs - Sankeys offers an unforgettable experience. Check-out from the hotels is from 11am, and if you have a late flight so you can enjoy Ibiza for one more full-day, you can leave your luggage at your hotel.

Closing Parties Direct Flights??

Once you reach Ibiza, it???s very affordable to get around. The island???s best beaches are accessible by public bus, with disco-buses running throughout the night all summer long.

If taxis are more your scene, make sure you grab them when they???ve got a green light, which means they???re available and also legal. (Please note: a legal taxi cannot hold more than 4 passengers at once.)

We recommend booking an airport transfer, as it???s a much more comfortable and convenient experience. Plus, you???ll likely be travelling with fellow Together Week members (and it???s always best to arrive surrounded by new friends).

How do I book a room with friends?

All rooms must be booked separately, with one person in your party taking the lead to start the booking (we call them the lead booker).

 

Throughout the process, the lead booker will be asked to enter the details of all the guests they???ll be sharing with. Before paying the deposit full balance, our website will ask if the lead booker wants to pay for just themselves or for everyone in their party.

 

If the lead booker pays for everyone, their accounts will become linked and all future payments and communication will be through the lead booker going forward. If the lead booker choses not to pay for all the guests, each individual be emailed with instructions on how to book.

 

(They will need to go to http://booking.togetherweek.com/together-week-ibiza/2016, then select that they are joining another booking and enter the lead booker???s reference number. Then they???ll follow the directions to make their booking and payment. If all guests do this they will have separate accounts, ??and will be contacted separately and can pay separately.)

What is the accommodation like?

Together customers always stay at top quality accommodation. Facilities and amenities vary between the hotels and apartments, but the standard is always high (at least 3 stars) and each hotel offers the chance to party through the day.

Are flights included?

Your Together Week booking doesn???t include your flights, but you can search for them easily by visiting??our flight section. You can??also look directly at different airline websites where the price can often be even less.??
(Look at the likes of Iberia, EasyJet, Ryanair and Monarch who all have direct flights to Ibiza.)

Who looks after us in Ibiza?

Each year, we employ Ibiza???s most seasoned workers to head up the Together Team.??

They will be there from the moment you arrive to answer all your questions and give you the best insider knowledge of the island. Want to go cliff jumping? They???ll tell you where. Lost your card and need to get a money transfer? They???ll tell you how.

We also have a 24/7 operations team based right in the heart of Ibiza to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to help in the event of emergency. You can immerse yourself completely in the experience, knowing that we???ve got your back.

14 days before your trip you???ll also get a full itinerary, including contact numbers for your reps and the Together Ibiza in-resort office. Stash this with your passport so you???ve got it whenever you need it.

Do I get an E-Ticket?

You will be able to print off your E-Ticket from the ‘Manage My Booking’ Area, 14 days before your Together Week start date. Please ensure you bring your E-Ticket with you as you will be asked to present it upon Check-In.

When is my full balance due?

The payment deadline for all trips is exactly 8 weeks before the departure date. For instance, if you are joining us on the 14th June, the deadline is the 14th April. Everyone in your room must have paid off their full balance or else you will risk losing your room.

Can we stay extra nights?

Yes this is possible. A lot of guests want to stay for an extra night(s) because of cheaper flight prices or just want a few days extra on the Island. You can add extra nights through the booking system by selection an extra night as an extra option. It’s very simple and easy to extend your dream trip.

Can we book from anywhere in the world?

Of course, we welcome people from all over the world and have done since 2011. You can expect there to find Swedish, Brazilians, Americans, Australians and more on our trips, and we’ve had people come remote parts of Argentina. Together Week is for everyone!

How do we get to Ibiza?

Flights aren’t included in the Together Package but we have partnered with Skyscanner to bring you flights from as little as ??61 return! giving you the flexibility to arrive and depart from Ibiza when you like, depending on the extra’s you’ve purchased. You can check out the travel section above for more information.

Are flights included?

Flights are not included in the package, but you can search for them easily by visiting our flight section and also look directly on different airlines websites where the price can often be even cheaper. Look at the likes of Iberia, EasyJet, Ryanair and Monarch who all have direct flights to Ibiza.

What time is checkin / check out?

Check-In opens from 2pm on the day of arrival. You will be required to Check-Out by 11am on the date of departure. We have a team of Reps around resort in case you have any questions. All resorts have a 24-hour reception and luggage room in case you arrive early or late. We do suggest if you find cheaper flights the day before or after that you extend your stay by adding an extra night.

How do we get into all of the events?

Upon check-in a member of the Together team will give you your Together Week wristband and any additional tickets you need. The Together Week wristband will get you entry to the events, apart from a few events that you will need physical tickets for. The physical tickets will be given to you at check-in as well.

Are all the events in the itinerary included?

Yes. We have hand picks the perfect itinerary for you to make the best out of your 6 days and 5 nights in Ibiza. Sit back, relax and let us do the dirty work.
